We started our wedding catering services in 2018 and this was primarily to provide evening catering in the form of Neapolitan pizza buffets.

 

Although we still offer this service, we now focus on providing full day (and evening) Italian family-style catering.

 

Our experienced and friendly team will look after every element of your catering for the day - from canapés and drinks reception, amazing antipasti sharing platters, pizza and pasta mains and our own gelato desserts.

 

We recommend a staffed buffet service, however working with you and your table plan we can advise how we can offer table-service as an option.

We use a combination of locally sourced ingredients from around Scotland, combined with imported Italian ingredients - creating a fusion of flavours.

Fallones Pizza trailer is an ideal size to suit most event venues in an outdoor area and adorned with twinkly lights makes the most amazing 'instagramable' feature to any event.

 

We do however normally require to also use a catering space at the venue for food preparation etc.

The proof is in the pizza and we pride ourselves on delivering you the best tasting pizzas you’ve ever experienced!

Neapolitan style pizzas are, in our opinion, the only authentic pizzas. Based on the best experience from our home area of Naples our dough is made 2-3 days before each event, allowing 48-72 hours of slow proofing, which combined with the hand-stretched expertise of our pizzaioli creates a thin based, airy crusted pizza.

Always popular with the kids and adults alike is our vintage gelato tricycle which we can provide fully loaded with a selection of our own homemade Italian gelato.

Whether you want to greet your guests with Canapés, or keep them satisfied with a unique evening snack our catering services are the perfect solution for wedding receptions.

Our experience, staff and processes mean we can cater for a large number of guests at the same time regularly cater for 100-200 guest weddings.

With a choice of pizza options you can cater to everyone’s tastes and ensure each and every guest is left satisfied. We also cater for all your guests dietary requirements including dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan.

Our pizza oven will add a theatrical flair to your reception with your own trained pizza chefs hand preparing pizzas in full view.

Our catering solution is fully flexible. We strongly believe that every wedding is a unique event, and we are happy to tailor our service to your special plans.
