Cost at any venue in Tayside, Perthshire or Fife : £65/head / £5200 minimum spend.

Cost for daytime only (No Evening Buffet) : £55/head / £4400 minimum spend.

Due to our preparation, setup costs and staffing, these are minimum package prices are not reduced for lower guest numbers.

All prices include VAT at 20% and are correct as of October  2025 and cover any venue in Tayside/Fife/Perthshire

(Other locations will incur an additional travel cost)

Crockery & Cutlery

For our Full Day Wedding Packages we include provision of mains crockery plates, knives & forks.

If you wish to add additional cater hire items, this can be arranged for you.

Evening buffets are provided with recyclable plates/bamboo cutlery - however this can be upgraded for £100

Hot Pasta dishes in lieu of pizzas for main meal - no additional charge

Cheese Towers


We are happy to provide to supply and present cheese towers in collaboration with The Cheesery in Dundee.

Our service also includes cutting of the cheese tower and presenting as cheeseboards with chutneys, crackers, honey etc and also the provision of crockery and napkins etc. 

Prices vary depending on tower selection.

Table Service

We advise against table service for Italian Family Style catering as there is rarely sufficient space on guest tables for the large quantities of platters, antipasti boards, pizzas plate, focaccia salads etc.

It can be done but requires a lot of coordination due to the space challenges an is only really suitable for large circular tables and not a trestle-table format - unless your guests are comfortable with the Italian style of passing sharing bowls and platters between themselves.

It also requires an increase in food, staffing, crockery, and also a full understanding of the seating plan and guest list cross-referenced with the dietary requirements/allergies of each guest in order to ensure that every guest is catered for. e.g. vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergies etc.

As such we charge an uplift of 20% on the package cost for table service

​

Additional Staffing

If your venue does not provide staff to do things like move tables/chairs etc. or if you require staff to pour wine during the meal etc. please contact us and we can discuss increasing our staffing on the quote to help out.

Considerations

• We do not provide a Bar Service (See our FAQ for recommendations)

• We do not provide tables/chairs/linen (But we can advise on suppliers)

• Glassware is not included 

• Master of Ceremonies services (coordination of guests) is not provided

• Any charges the venue may impose for use of a catering preparation space or % of our invoice will be 

  added to the quote

• Use of venue electricity and a fresh water supply is required

• Evening buffets of pizzas can usually be provided without the venue’s 

  catering space by use of our pizza van for food preparation and the buffet can then be set up inside the venue
