12" Neapolitan-Style Pizzas, made with patience, care and love! We make our 72hour proofed dough from the best Italian flours and our bases are hand-stretched to give the perfect consistency before being fired in our ovens to create a light, aerated crust and fantastic charred flavour. Our pizzas are then topped with our signature San Marzano based tomato sauce and finished with a range of expertly chosen ingredients.
